Carbon and stainless steel screw conveyors for the food processing, concrete, and general material handling industries. Advantage Metal Services, Inc can build to your design; reverse engineer and OEM screw, or fabricate individual components. We can provide you with flights, shafts, or complete multi-shaft assemblies including trough. Our fabrication service employs custom dies and a 100 ton press, which allows us to turn flights up to 36″ in diameter, in almost any type of screw design. Shaftless, paddle, or ribbon, are all produced under our strict quality guidelines. Shafts can be constructed of pipe or solid material, and our State of California licensed and certified welders will tie it all together.
